DIXI POLYTOOL SA (operator of dixipolytool.com) undertakes to comply strictly with the provisions of EU Regulation. No. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”). PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF DIXI POLYTOOL NV
When you conclude a contract for the sale of products or services of DIXI POLYTOOL SA, DIXI POLYTOOL SA collects and processes your personal data necessary for the completion of the sale, for accounting and billing purposes and for the management of the customer relationship (management of the personal account, return of products), in accordance with Article 6.1 (b) of the GDPR.
The personal data processed by DIXI POLYTOOL SA includes your contact information, payment terms and any information related to the product/service sold. TRANSPARENCY OBLIGATION
If DIXI POLYTOOL SA does not intervene when you exercise your right of opposition, access or rectification, DIXI POLYTOOL SA will inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request, of the reasons for the lack of intervention and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and of exercising a legal remedy.
SECURITY
DIXI POLYTOOL SA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data. Your personal data are stored and processed in the information system of DIXI POLYTOOL SA, which is operated solely by DIXI POLYTOOL SA. In the event that DIXI POLYTOOL SA decides to subcontract all or part of the processing/storage of your personal data, DIXI POLYTOOL SA will impose on its subcontractor security obligations at least as strict as those described in this section. Any subcontractor of DIXI POLYTOOL SA is not entitled to subcontract any right or duty agreed upon with DIXI POLYTOOL SA, except with the prior written consent of DIXI POLYTOOL SA.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
