DIXI POLYTOOL SA (operator of undertakes to comply strictly with the provisions of EU Regulation. No. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”). When you conclude a contract for the sale of products or services of DIXI POLYTOOL SA, DIXI POLYTOOL SA collects and processes your personal data necessary for the completion of the sale, for accounting and billing purposes and for the management of the customer relationship (management of the personal account, return of products), in accordance with Article 6.1 (b) of the GDPR.

The personal data processed by DIXI POLYTOOL SA includes your contact information, payment terms and any information related to the product/service sold. These personal data are processed by DIXI POLYTOOL SA only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes as indicated above, i.e. to provide you with the products and services purchased and for no other purpose.

Personal data will be processed and stored by DIXI POLYTOOL SA for the duration of the sales contract and thereafter for the duration of the statute of limitations of any right of action or any action that may be brought by one party against the other. In any case, DIXI POLYTOOL SA undertakes not to keep your data for more than five (5) years. If DIXI POLYTOOL SA does not intervene when you exercise your right of opposition, access or rectification, DIXI POLYTOOL SA will inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request, of the reasons for the lack of intervention and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and of exercising a legal remedy.



DIXI POLYTOOL SA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data. In particular, the security system of our site is equipped with a monitoring system to control activities and prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Similarly, all credit card information is processed directly by DIXI POLYTOOL SA’s PCI-DSS certified gateway service provider, Saferpay, which belongs to Six Payment Services, and is stored in accordance with the latest and strictest industry standards. In addition, to protect our customers, we use a licensed fraud detection system and we use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal data stored on our information system.

Your personal data are stored and processed in the information system of DIXI POLYTOOL SA, which is operated solely by DIXI POLYTOOL SA. In the event that DIXI POLYTOOL SA decides to subcontract all or part of the processing/storage of your personal data, DIXI POLYTOOL SA will impose on its subcontractor security obligations at least as strict as those described in this section. Any subcontractor of DIXI POLYTOOL SA is not entitled to subcontract any right or duty agreed upon with DIXI POLYTOOL SA, except with the prior written consent of DIXI POLYTOOL SA.



“Personal data breach” means a breach of security resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed by DIXI POLYTOOL SA.

In the event of a breach of your personal data, DIXI POLYTOOL LTD will notify the competent EU supervisory authority without delay. In addition, if the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of its customers or prospective customers in the EU, DIXI POLYTOOL SA will inform you without delay.



DIXI POLYTOOL SA may revise or supplement this privacy policy, in particular to take account of new purposes or changes in legislation. These modifications will be effective as of their publication. We will inform you of any changes made by a notification message posted on the site or by any other means of communication. Subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary, (i) this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and (ii) any disputes arising out of or in connection with the validity, interpretation, performance, resolution, consequences and consequences of this Privacy Policy that cannot be amicably resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
